Dan joined RMS in 2016. He has been in the software and technology business for 30 years, and has spent his career successfully building teams to serve the needs of complex global organizations. Throughout, he has fostered an environment of technical competency, professionalism, and world-class customer service. He joined RMS to continue and accelerate our growth in the travel industry and our industry-leading customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to RMS, Dan was General Manager/CEO at Data Fusion Technologies, a leading provider of analytics solutions to the legal industry, and SVP Global Services and Support at Epicor, a global ERP company.
Scott has been involved in RM and the airline industry since 1984. He was the primary designer and developer of Control Data Corporation’s (later, Revenue Technology Services’) Micro-OPTIX airline RM and hotel RM systems, Revenue Enhancement Solutions’ Catalyst airline RM system, and OpenSkies’ RMS airline RM system. Since early 2003, Scott has been focused on developing airRM, his best work, and the premier RM system on the market today.
Joined RMS in 2012. He brings over 30 years of experience with a wide range of skills in airline revenue management, pricing and market planning. Over the course of his career, he developed a comprehensive perspective of revenue management having been a user, developer and buyer of systems. Mr. Nordling has held a variety of positions at United Airlines, MarkAir, Delta Air Lines, and Atlantic Coast Airlines. Eric was a co-founder and SVP Marketing for independence air, the largest LCC start-up in the history of the airline industry. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
With over 27 years of software sales and management experience, David has spent his career building sales teams that enable organizations to maximize their return on investments in software and services. David joined RMS to help continue to accelerate the growth of the platform and business. Before joining RMS in March of 2017, David was with Boxever, a company offering data science and omni-channel personalization to the travel industry, where he worked with world-class airlines such as Emirates, Finnair, VivaAerobus, Qatar Airways, Jetstar, and Air New Zealand, to name a few.
Martin joined RMS in July 2007 and was based in Barcelona, Spain, as Director of Sales and Support for EMEA. In 2009, Martin moved to Seattle and became Vice President of Sales and Support, leading the Americas region. Prior to joining RMS, Martin held roles within several airline revenue management departments including Southwest Airlines and Independence Air. Martin’s latest project is to head up RMS’ new cargo revenue management solution currently under development.
Adrian joined RMS in January 2008 as Director of Sales & Support. During his first year at RMS, Adrian was in charge of the Pacific Rim region, and in 2009 he moved to Europe to lead EMEA sales and operations. With over 15 years of experience in airline revenue management, Adrian has held various roles as Director and Manager of Revenue Management for several airlines around the world, using and implementing different RM and reservation system products. Prior to joining the RMS team, he was the Director of Revenue Management & E-Commerce for Air Tahiti Nui.
Joining RMS in November 2011, Andrew has experience in both traditional and low-cost airline revenue management. During his tenure at Ansett Australia, Qantas, and Jetstar Airways, he used no less than seven different revenue management systems and experienced four system implementations. Andrew’s revenue management philosophy is to get the fundamentals right and ensure the foundations are in place to maximize the benefit of the revenue management system.
Sean joined RMS in 2006 and brings over 20 years of commercial software development experience to the business. His development career began in the ERP software space and from there moved into consulting with Ernst & Young, where he found his passion for the airline industry while collaborating on a project with Delta Airlines. Sean then spent over 6 years at Navitaire working on many of their software systems, including their RM system through which he met and worked closely with Scott Schade.
